THE 7TH GEOINFORMATION SCIENCE SYMPOSIUM 2021
General Paper Guidelines
The research content of the manuscript for the symposium should be original and has not been published elsewhere such as in journals, or other previous conferences. Plagiarism check will be conducted and manuscript with a high level of similarity percentage (block copy between 10 – 30 %) will be asked to be rephrased, however, similarity more than 50 % will be denied for publication.
In general, publication should pay attention to the :
1. English Grammar, having the manuscript proofreaded or edited by professional language editor is suggested,
2. No Plagiarism, the content should not be published elsewhere. rejection applied for detected plagiarism
3. Content and Innovation, research should be conducted in a proper manner and follow the standard for research journal.
Publication options
Authors can opted for two types of publication, such as, 1.) Proceeding with ISBN, 2.) Scopus-indexed proceeding published under SPIE Digital Library. There is no charge for publishing under Proceeding under ISBN while additional charge is applied for manuscript aimed and selected to be published under SPIE Digital Library with the rate of IDR 1.250.000,-/manuscript or USD 120/manuscript for foreign authors.
Charge for SPIE manuscript will be applied to the authors when the review process is starting.

Publication with SPIE Digital Library
The 6th Geoinformation Science Symposium has reached an agreement with SPIE Digital Library for the scopus-indexed proceeding. Therefore the final manuscript should follow the template provided by the publisher.

Authors aiming to publish their manuscript to the SPIE can use the following template. Kindly follow the timeline for submission since late submission will not be tolerated and denied for publication.
